1. Create individual parts, referring to actual-size diagrams
2. Attach head to body
3. Attach front and hind legs to body
4. Attach muzzle to face and create facial features
5. Attach ears to head
6. Attach tail to body
7. Work in black roving to areas on ears, legs and back that should be black
